Authentic is seeking an ambitious and talented Infor M3 Solution Designer Consultant for its US subsidiary. He has to possesse advanced/expert level knowledge of Infor M3 solution and participates in sales cycles as a member of the account team in support of the sales account strategy. The M3 Solution Designer Consultant interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives on the US soil. The M3 Solution Designer Consultant will participate in new projects of implementation, roll-out or upgrade. He will be also a referent for M3 team in the US.
You will work with other members of the US Sales and Services teams.
Primary responsibilities will include:
o Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering M3 Infor solutions and AUTHENTIC Group Solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate Infor, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which include senior company executives.
o Prepare and deliver software demonstrations in support of sales cycles. Preparation includes personalization of demos to meet the needs of prospective customers and personalization of demos to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling presentation
o In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer. A discovery session is an interview to identify and understand key pain points which will determine the value drivers and solution enablers for the presentation.
o Reinforce the business value of Infor solutions through creation of compelling presentations, demonstrations and participation in value engineering engagements.
o Stay up to date with the latest Infor or Authentic solutions as well as industry trends. Maintain a close understanding and appreciation of competitive solutions.
o Lead teams of infor presales specialists on larger sales cycles.
o Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Infor M3 solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
o Join sales teams for initial executive meetings.
o Complete sections of AUTHENTIC Group responses to RFIs and RFPs.
Help Enhance Demand Generation Unit
o Collaborate with sales teams to participate in various one-to-many lead generating activities.
o Provide relevant Pre Sales support in marketing events/conferences, including presenting at events for the solution, developing reference customers, competitive positioning and analysis
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities
o Participate in new projects (infor M3 or AUTHENTIC Solution) of implementation, roll-out or upgrade.
o Coordinate the complete business infor M3 solution.
o Analyze and define business process in any of the following business units: Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Marketing…
o Be the referent on M3 skills and knowledges in the US team.
o Develop close relationship with project team in order to present new functionalities and training M3 business consultants.
o Experience of Infor M3 ERP
o Proven pre-sales experience
o Native or Fluent American English speaking / French proficiency appreciated
o Proven solution specialization (or equivalent customer facing) experience in areas appropriate to the job
o Demonstrates successful engagements leading small teams on small-mid-sized deals
o Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching
o Ability to collaborate with end users and face clients
o Experience in sales processes and M3 ERP project implementation
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
