Can you describe your organisation within KP1′ IT department and how myCOD fits into your operating mode?

Our team consists of 7 people in charge of application domains. Each has access to myCOD. They can ask a question about the Movex M3 application, expose a malfunction and this regardless of the flow, and even submit technical requests (publishing, development of a new specific program, Audit, etc.).
Over the years, the knowledge of the ERP has dissipated internally, via myCOD, we have access to all the expertise we may need..

Our requests are mainly assistance and functional advice. We also rely on the myCOD service to resolve incidents and request technical changes Note also requests for year-end audits and annual financial close.
