In the early 2000s, the ERP landscape was rapidly expanding, and integrators were primarily focused on implementation. At the time, few resources were available to support clients after go-live, leading to significant frustration

In 2004, drawing on his experience as a consultant and project manager at Intentia Consulting—the leading Movex integrator in France, which later became Infor—and convinced of the importance of supporting companies during this critical phase, Cyril Dechet founded Authentic.
