Since September 2019, the company EUROCAVE has been supported daily by the teammyCODin managing support for the Infor M3 ERP.
How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?
Amandine VIALE: We migrated last year to version 13.4 of M3. This migration with the same scope went well, but when we wanted to make post-migration optimizations, the existing provider was unable to advise us effectively. We then decided to look for another provider. That's when we contacted Authentic.
What reasons led you to choose Authentic?
Amandine VIALE: For the recognized expertise of their consultants and their in-depth knowledge of the M3 ERP.
How did the implementation of myCOD support go?
Amandine VIALE : Very well. Authentic assigned us a lead consultant who was responsible for acquiring knowledge of our environment and our specificities. We are very satisfied with this way of working. Having a dedicated contact within the Authentic team facilitates communication and greatly increases efficiency and speed in handling our requests.
What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?
Amandine VIALE: Both development requests and functional questions regarding M3.
In your opinion, what are the strengths of myCOD?
Amandine VIALE: I see several. First of all, the fact that billing for interventions carried out by the support team is done by the quarter-hour perfectly meets our needs. We are not afraid to create requests just to ask a question. With myCOD, we are guaranteed a quick response with a very low financial burden.
Next, I greatly appreciate the quality of the exchanges we have with our contacts at Authentic. Every time we present them with an issue, the consultants are proactive and help us find the best solution, especially one that suits us.
Finally, we are very satisfied with the implementation of a request validation process. Previously, the IT department received many requests that were not always well explained and often redundant. The implementation of myCOD support has helped us to structure ourselves and improve our internal management of requests from end users.
