Interview with CIO Jérôme BONINO and project manager Flavien APOUX
It has been almost a year since the Aix-en-Provence company Captain Tortue signed a contract myCOD Enable package with Authentic. After twelve months of collaboration, what is the assessment?
How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?
Jérôme BONINO: In 2013 we implemented the Infor M3 ERP with an integrator that was not Authentic Group. After a few years, we wanted to benefit from additional support to assist our internal team. It was an independent consultant who highly recommended Authentic to us. After gathering information, we realized that Authentic has a very good reputation in France among a large number of companies using M3.
Once the commercial contact was established, we were impressed by the discourse, the approach, and the honesty of Authentic. The simplicity of the commercial process as well as the 'no commitment' aspect of the myCOD offer definitely convinced us to start our collaboration with Authentic at the end of 2020.
What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?
Flavien APOUX: We primarily call on myCOD consultants for two types of requests: incident resolution and estimating change requests.
In your opinion, what are the strengths of myCOD?
Flavien APOUX: I really appreciate the regular follow-up meetings I have with the myCOD manager. The centralization of requests in a single tool as well as the traceability of exchanges and interactions on each request are also real strengths.
Jérôme BONINO: More and more, we are using the myCOD portal as a knowledge base. With incident resolutions documented on each request, we gain efficiency and responsiveness on recurring incidents.
I also greatly appreciate the involvement of the consultants and the collaboration between our teams. Having a shared team available to address all issues related to M3 is a real plus.
" With incident resolutions documented on each request, we gain efficiency and responsiveness on recurring incidents. "
