Head of software solutions at EFI Automotive's IT department
Your headquarters is based in Ain. How did you get in touch with Authentic?
Nicolas LEROY: Their sales engineer Olivier Fournaud contacted us just as we were looking for a technology similar to the Movex M3 ERP that would allow us to quickly develop ergonomic tools with simplified data entry. We first sought their advice, and then we adopted their peripheral solution to carry out our Production Declarations.
The system is now operational within your company. What feedback have you received from users?
Nicolas LEROY: The feedback is very positive. Before the implementation of the tool, our industrial procedures were cumbersome and the training for the ERP tool was relatively heavy. Today, all our production operators appreciate the easy handling and ergonomics of the tool we have provided them, which ensures better traceability of products.
How did the implementation of myCOD support go?
Amandine VIALE : Very well. Authentic assigned us a lead consultant who was responsible for acquiring knowledge of our environment and our specificities. We are very satisfied with this way of working. Having a dedicated contact within the Authentic team facilitates communication and greatly increases efficiency and speed in handling our requests.
The collaboration with Authentic doesn't stop there... What development projects are currently underway?
Nicolas LEROY: Currently, we are implementing a complete overhaul of our ERP Movex M3. To successfully carry out this major project, we have integrated Authentic into our team by entrusting them with the reconfiguration of our purchasing and sales processes. Other projects around the M3 tool are under consideration, always aimed at developing specific and ergonomic features that are not found in the ERP alone. The mobility of our tools is part of this.
