An interview with Nathalie GRYCAN
CIO at FRIAL
FRIAL, a European leader in premium frozen products, is a long-time client of myCOD. Nathalie Grycan, in charge of the information systems department, reflects on 12 years of successful collaboration between FRIAL and Authentic.
Can you describe your team within the IT department of Frial and how Authentic support fits into your way of working?
Today, all members of the IT team use myCOD and create requests. As a manager, the myCOD portal allows me to have peripheral visibility on all the requests my team submits. It is very appreciated.
What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?
Nathalie GRYCAN: Very few incidents as such, but rather requests for support, improvement, and advice on functional points regarding the ERP.
What do you consider to be the strengths of myCOD?
myCOD also provides a very well-defined framework for our requests. The portal allows for traceability of exchanges, and the budget validation system before intervention prevents overruns and unpleasant surprises.
myCOD is really a simple and user-friendly system. We are currently trying to build an internal incident management tool, and the myCOD portal serves as our reference. It is so well designed and easy to use that we draw a lot of inspiration from it to describe our needs for an internal tool.
What terms would best define the myCOD service from Authentic?
Nathalie GRYCAN: Reactivity and traceability.
