The collaboration between the Normandy-based company Groupe Nutriset and Authentic through the offer myCOD of support and assistance on Infor M3 celebrates its first anniversary. It is the perfect time to take stock.
How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?
Dominique DUMONT: We got to know Authentic during a M3 User Club meeting in Nantes. At that time, we were looking for a new partner to address certain issues. We signed a myCOD Professional contract in March 2021.
What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?
Dominique DUMONT : Internally, we provide first-level M3 support. We call on myCOD consultants to advance on substantive topics. We mainly request them for complex functional requests across all areas. We use a very large number of features and modules of our ERP Infor M3 13.4, so we have needs in very diverse business themes.
What do you consider to be the strengths of myCOD?
On the interface side, the myCOD portal is very convenient. The summary tables provided allow us to track our usage and consumption.
Regarding the quality of service, we appreciate the competence of the consultants who work on our requests. They take the time to understand our issues and are available for video calls or phone conversations. We always receive honest answers regarding ticket billing, and it shows.
Finally, the monthly follow-up meetings with the myCOD manager are very useful. They complement a well-oiled and efficient system.
