With over 500 requests created in the myCOD portal, HAULOTTE is certainly well positioned to talk about the strengths of Authentic's support service. Frédéric Beickert explains to us how the support myCOD has perfectly found its place in HAULOTTE's IT support system.
How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?
Frédéric BEICKERT: We established the myCOD contract in March 2016.
What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?
Frédéric BEICKERT : We use myCOD for all types of topics on Infor M3, whether functional or technical.
On the functional side, it is our support service in Romania that handles level 1 and 2 incidents. When they cannot respond, they escalate requests to Authentic via myCOD, which thus ensures level 3. The teams at headquarters also use myCOD for specific development requests.
What do you consider to be the strengths of myCOD?
We have even managed projects entirely within myCOD, for example, the developments necessary for the launch of our subsidiary in the United States or the implementation of factoring in France.
Billing based on time spent, with increments of fifteen minutes, is also one of the great strengths of the myCOD system.
