In November 2019, the company OCHESTRA-PREMAMAN chose myCOD as the support solution for the Infor M3 ERP.

How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?

Bastien PINO: We were looking for a dematerialization solution for Purchase-To-Pay connected with Infor M3. We got in touch with Authentic and quickly chose their AIP solution. At the same time, we were looking for support across the entire Infor M3 scope, and naturally, the myCOD offer seemed to meet this need. 

We therefore approached Authentic in 2019 to create a Mashup on our ERP M3 13.2 as well as for an audit of our IT infrastructure. In both cases, we were very satisfied with Authentic's service. It served as a kind of test and gave us confidence in this provider, whom we now trust to assist us in managing our application support.

What reasons led you to choose Authentic?

Bastien PINO: Following the acquisition of our company, we had to launch an urgent and complex project to merge companies in the ERP. After consulting with our various partners, it became clear that Authentic was best positioned to support us on this issue due to the experience of their consultants in these matters. The availability of their teams allowed us to launch the project very quickly.

What do you consider to be the strengths of myCOD?

Bastien PINO : Billing by the quarter hour and the pooling of resources and profiles are a real strength. When I approve a budget for n tickets on a request, I know that it gives me access to all the necessary consultant profiles to address the issue. Functional consultants, technical consultants, and even system administrators can quickly intervene on the same request to address it in its entirety. Each request can be broken down into 'micro-services' that will be billed at their fair value. It is thanks to this that issues are resolved efficiently from A to Z.

Moreover, the budget validation process is very interesting because it allows me to control the relevance of each request made, especially regarding change requests. I can easily manage my budgets and control costs.

Finally, having a single point of entry is really appreciated. Whatever the subject, everything is centralized and goes through the myCOD portal. It’s very easy.
