In June 2016, the company Piveteau Bois signed a support contract for the Infor M3 solution with Authentic.
How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?
Jean-Pascal FUMOLEAU: A few years ago, our internal IT development team faced a workload overload. We were no longer able to handle all the requests coming from users. Initially, we mainly forwarded requests for editorial development (MOM), interface management (MEC), and adaptation of specific programs (MAK) to the myCOD team.
Little by little, the range of request types expanded. Today, we seek myCOD support for both development issues and functional questions, even system architecture.
How do you activate the use of myCOD support?
Jean-Pascal FUMOLEAU: myCOD is fully integrated into our internal incident management and system evolution request system. All members of the IT team have access to the myCOD portal and are able to submit requests. We first validate together each topic that we delegate to the myCOD team.
For my part, I validate the budget that the Authentic consultant sends us for each new request. This way, I have complete control over expenses.
What do you see as the strengths of myCOD?
Exchanges on ongoing requests often take place by phone and sometimes even in our offices. This direct contact with technical and functional consultants is very valuable.
Finally, we are very satisfied with the wide variety of requests that Authentic can address. Their mastery of the different components and building blocks of the M3 ecosystem is very useful to us. And this allows me to have just one single supplier for all technological components.
