The French company KP1 specializes in prefabricated construction systems. KP1 continues to maintain a MOVEX version with just over 300 users and benefits from the support of Authentic Group and the service myCOD for 2 years.

How did the collaboration with Authentic begin?

Authentic Group has been involved for many years in the analysis and development of specific business needs on our ERP Movex. After analyzing the market, we opted for the on-demand support myCOD, and this has been the case for over 2 years now.

Can you describe your organization within the IT department and how myCOD fits into the support and assistance system to evolve your ERP?

Our team consists of 7 people responsible for application areas. Each has access to myCOD. They can ask a question about the Movex M3 application, report a malfunction regardless of the flow, and even submit technical requests (editing, development of a new specific program, Audit, etc.). Over the years, as knowledge of the ERP has dissipated internally, through myCOD, we have access to all the expertise we may need.

What types of requests do you entrust to Authentic through the myCOD portal?

Our requests are mainly for assistance and functional advice. We also rely on the myCOD service for incident resolution and requests for technical developments. We also note requests related to year-end audits and annual financial closures.

What do you consider to be the strengths of Authentic's myCOD Enterprise service?

Without a doubt, the strong expertise of the Authentic consulting team in all functional areas. The myCOD portal is easy to use, creating requests is simple, and the handling and processing of requests is quick. We also have real-time tracking of request statuses and ticket consumption. The myCOD teams are competent and accessible. There is a real relationship between our teams and our contacts at Authentic.

What do you think of the time-based billing system in myCOD?

Consumption-based payment, with a quarter-hour increment, is unique and highly appreciated. The tracking of actions and the comprehensive time reporting for each request is a very transparent system.

What terms would best define Authentic's myCOD Enterprise service?

Expertise, efficiency, responsiveness, and customization. The teams are skilled, know our environment well, and their responses always take our application context into account. Authentic Group has strong expertise in our environment, which is reassuring.
