Can you describe your organization within your IT department where myCOD fits as a support and assistance tool?
My role as IT Manager for North America is to coordinate local activities with those of the team in Israel, while being responsible for IT operations for the North American markets, particularly for logistics and distribution.
What types of requests do you send to Authentic through the myCOD portal?
For example, the development of a specific script to optimize our document management and automate our processes. We also used myCOD for training on features of Infor M3 that our teams were less familiar with. So far, we have made few requests related to functional expertise, but this could change with our future projects.
What do you see as the strengths of Authentic's myCOD Enterprise service?
Yacine Berrabah: The first advantage of myCOD is its flexibility. Being able to access on-demand support is a real benefit for us, especially when urgent or specific needs arise. The responsiveness of the teams is excellent, and their ability to quickly provide us with the technical skills we need is greatly appreciated.
What do you think of the time-based billing system in myCOD?
Yacine Berrabah:Time-based billing, with a granularity of fifteen minutes, is a real asset. It allows us to manage our budgets accurately, without any unpleasant surprises. So far, there has been no significant discrepancy between the estimated time and the actual time spent on requests, which reinforces our confidence in the myCOD service.
